Brinkley is obsessed with all things princess.
She knows all of the Princess names.
She has all of the princess dolls (those cute little ones with the rubbery dresses)
And she loves to dress up like a princess.
Though, if I ask her if she is a princess she tells me "no, I'm Brinkley."
For Christmas Santa brought her a princess tent and dress up box.
They are not of the best quality (darn that cheap Santa Claus), but to a two year old who doesn't know what quality dress up clothes are like and would probably rip them anyway - it works just fine.
I recently saw a book come out called "Cinderella Ate My Daughter"
I think I'll skip that one.
I don't want to feel guilty about indulging my daughter in her girly obsession.
I liked princesses too. And I'm fine.

Such a cute dress she is wearing and I love the pearls and crown! The tent is every girls dream.
How cute is that! I think it's fine that little girls like princesses. It's normal.
