Abuse? Nah. Just a typical kid.
She got a nasty black eye from bonking into something at Paisley's house.
We're not sure what exactly happened. They were in a play tent jumping around and all of the sudden we hear loud crying. She immediately had a bruise. Our detective skills are lacking because we never did figure out what happened in that tent. Did she knock her face on her knee? The surrounding furniture perhaps? Maybe the back of Paisley's head? We don't know. All we know is that it was a nasty black eye the next day.

Two days later we were in Columbus, OH. These nice folks, Josh and Krystal let us take over their house every so often so we can go to the temple. Brinkley fell down their stairs right smack onto her face and scraped it up pretty good. Darnit. Now she just looks abused.
