See this little cutie pants?She is officially in her big girl bed.
I was really expecting the worst with this transition. Well, no need for that whatsoever.
One night after our bedtime routine, she just crawled up into the big bed (which has been in her room for several months now) and said "dark. bye."
(translation: turn off the light. Good night. Love you.)
She stayed in her bed all night, no problems. She wasn't even scared. Not only that, but she actually naps in her bed. When was the last time she napped in her crib? Can't remember. She usually just played in there.
Really? Was it really that easy? Am I really that lucky?
Yessirre! I am!
So we took the crib out of her room ASAP. No chance to turn back now Brinkley! Ha!
Hmmm. Perhaps I should do that with diapers? Just get rid of them and never turn back.
Or, maybe we'll get lucky and she'll do the same thing with potty training.
One day she'll just announce "panties." and that will be it.
A girl can dream.

Buy her favorite charicter all over her panties it will be worth the extra pennies. Sometimes they just don't want to pee all over Dora, or the Disney Princesses. Good Luck I hate potty training.
