One month old...
A WEEK AGO!
Hello? Where did the time go? Again?
(Have I worn out that phrase yet?)
I can't seem to keep up with this little gal. I post pictures when she's two weeks old and before I know it she's over a month? She just needs to slow the heck down.
Darcy is a beautiful baby.
She makes me happy everyday.
And as much as I would like to set her down sometimes so I can cook or clean or go potty... (hmm, tmi?)
I'm kind of, in a way, sort of glad that she likes to be held so much. That way I don't miss her sweet, short babyhood. She's just watching out for me. Thanks Darce.
1 month stats:
Weight: 10 lbs 14 oz (91%)
Height: 21 inches (75%)
Head: Can't remember, but it's the 50th percentile. (I'm such a good mom)
And she got her Hep B shot. She only cried a tiny bit. What a trooper.
Darcy is getting more and more alert everyday.
She can focus on an object and loves faces.
She is cooing and gurgling (that's the best way I can think to explain her cute little sounds)
She still sleeps a lot. Including night time (usually sleeps through the night. Sometimes gets up once. Love it.)
As I mentioned earlier, she LOVES to be held!
She still loves to stretch and grunt herself awake every morning.
Not a big fan of her car seat. But it's not a big deal because I still haven't ventured very far out of the house without Josh to help. We've had a few outings just to stay sane, but nothing huge.
She does enjoy our morning walks in her baby carrier though. Puts her right to sleep.

She is growing up way too fast. I love all the pictures of her and the ones below of Brinkley. Can you say GORGEOUS! Your girls are both so beautiful and I love spunky Brinkley with the hat on.
