The whole purpose of my trip to Utah was to have something to do while Josh studied for his Boards Exam.
This exam is a pretty big deal in the medical school world and it was important that he studied really hard for eight weeks straight.
Talk about getting burnt out! At least I would. He handled it like a champ.
So, Brinks and I packed up our stuff and spent two weeks in Utah without daddy :(
But he did study hard, and it went really fast for him, and now it's over! Whew!
Now we just have to wait for the scores to come back.
To congratulate him for completing his big fat test, his sweet mom got him a ginormous chocolate cake that read "Congratulations Tough Guy."
(She calls him tough guy because that's what he called himself when he was little.
I hope he doesn't get mad at me for putting that on our blog...)
Anyway, his grandpa kept calling him doctor and everyone was so proud. Including me!
I hope he knows how much I appreciate how hard he studies and focuses on school.
And one thing we're all grateful for: CAKE!
