One Friday night while in Utah, my mom and sister (Rachael) had a dinner to attend for Rachael's job.
My dad decided to take Brinkley and me on a Daddy/Grandpa-daughter-granddaughter date!
After stewing all day about what we should do, we finally decided to head to Chuck-E-Cheese!
So, Grandpa and Brinkley headed out the back door to get the truck.
He let her ride in the front seat with NO CARSEAT!!
And of course she LOVED it!
(Not to worry, he only drove her from the backyard to the front yard, but I was still kinda freaked out. And I do think they did it a couple more times while we were there, naughty naughty. No wonder she loves him so much)
When we got to Chuck-E-Cheese, we looked back at Brinkley to see how excited she was.
Umm, well, she fell asleep. A good start to a night of fun. Ha!
Grandpa got like a thousand tokens and we had Brinkley ride every ride, play every game she could reach (yay for skeeball!) and we still had a thousand tokens it seemed. But by then we were all kind of hungry, so we decided to eat.
Brinks doesn't like pizza so we went to Golden Coral instead where there is something for everyone! Plus, there were so many other kids there - that I didn't have to worry if Brinkley got upset about something! If she were to cry, people would be like "hmm.. I wonder what kid that was?"
