A few weeks ago, my friend Bethany and I signed our little cuties up for a swim class! We go once a week on Saturdays and swim! Well, it's more like playing in the water, but you get the idea.
Brinkley is the youngest in the class and doesn't really know what's going on or how to follow directions, so we just kind of do our own thing. I'm really just trying to get her used to the water! She tends to get a little clingy in the pool (Josh calls it 'cleaving'). I'm not sure if it's because it's cold or she's a little scared, but she's getting better and better every week! I'm hoping by the end of the class she is excited to get in the water!
At the beginning of class, each kid gets to pick a toy out of a bucket. She loves one particular toy. A purple Easter egg. She holds onto me and that thing for dear life. The only way I can get her to let go of my neck sometimes is to take the egg and throw it out into the water. Then she'll let go of me to reach for the egg.
One thing is for certain, she looks super cute in her swim suit! (I don't so much)

Your baby looks kinda drunk in the swim pool :) But I love her little swimsuit! So cute!
Fun family activity. My parents took me swimming when I was her age and they have not been able to get me out since.
I haven't been blog stalking in quite a while and had fun reading all your adventures! Maggers is the same way at the park - couldn't care less about climbing and sliding - although she doesn't have the affinity for sticks that Brink has! Everybody looks great!
