Story 1
This is old news at our house, but thought you might like to know that Brinkley is now standing up!! She loves to stand up to everything, it is her newest favorite past time.
She especially likes to stand up in her crib at nap time. :(
She first started trying this new found skill while we were in Utah for Christmas. Now she'll squirm out of my arms just to get down on the floor and then climb up the nearest chair or table! At first it made me super nervous and I was all jumpy about every move she made. Not anymore!
As a mom, you quickly realize that you simply can't always be there to make sure they don't fall down. Now when she takes a little tumble, it's like, 'Oh well, she'll be fine. Just another fall!' or 'Just another bonk on the head.'
Is that bad of me to admit that??
Well, anyway... The nice part is, after a fall, mommy gets big hugs!!
Big Girl! Stand Up!
She was getting over a little cold in this picture, so this is Brinkley licking the snot off her face. So gross, but what can you do?
My little angel baby!! She knows what the camera is for sure!

Story 2
Monday is laundry day. Now, I don't mind doing laundry, but I absolutely HATE putting it away. So, it usually sits nicely folded in the laundry basket for a few days until the pile of dirty laundry builds up to where I can't take it any longer and I finally put it all away. Well, before I got to that point this week, Brinkley found the clean laundry...
She propped herself up on one hand while the other hand was busy flinging laundry everywhere! I should have stopped her, but I was too busy laughing and scrambling to find the camera.
She thought that was a pretty fun game.
And, yes. She is in her pj's and it's the middle of the afternoon.

Ilove this post. So adorable. Don't you just want to kiss her? If you got a strange call about needing help. That we me. I need you to teach me how to organize dinner time. I stink at it.
HA HA HA HA HA HA HA! I still think it's funny that she licks her snot when her nose runs. Super Gross, but funny. I think its cute that her pink pants are so snug, it reminded me of her levi's you bought her for Christmas and she was grumpy all day until you took them off her. She needs to come visit aunt Rebecca! You should come too!
