Well before I even got to Utah, my sister asked me to babysit her little boy Sawyer.
(Wouldn't it be great if we could do that for each other all the time Beddy Sue?)
I was a bit nervous because sometimes handling my two is crazy enough...
But we did it. And we had a good time!
I even got him to nap. I am a miracle worker.
Brinks loves Sawyer and enjoyed tickling him very much.
The lighting was so good in the house that day, I couldn't help but snap some pictures of the kids.
Sawyer knows just what to do for the camera.
I also tried getting pictures of all three kids. That was just a joke. Not a good picture in the bunch. Oh well. They still made me smile when I was sorting through them. Some of them even made me laugh out loud.

Sawyer looks like "come on girls, just sit still for the camera like me. No more funny faces, you two."

Brinkley still adores her lion. She is putting him to sleep in this picture.
So, the night I was packing to come home, we couldn't find lion anywhere. Seriously.
My dad and I looked for probably two hours.
We checked all the little hiding places we could think of (by the marshmallows... hee hee). I even dug through the big black garbage can. Twice. Ewe, sick.
He was nowhere to be found.
I finally just came to the conclusion that he was a lost toy and we gave up.
Two days later, on the phone with my mom she informs me that she found him!
Not in a place that you would even think he would fit. In the room I sleep in, there is a cedar chest. On the very bottom of the cedar chest is a skinny two inch tall drawer. Lion was shoved in there. What?!? I would love to see inside Brinkley's head sometimes.
Lion is in the mail now, headed back to Pittsburgh snail mail.
Though, Brinkley has gotten by pretty good without him. She finally took to the spare lion we had (she got him for Christmas last year) and has been sleeping with him. But she doesn't absolutely need him either. She may have accidentally weaned herself from her lovey. I'm okay with that. Josh is kinda sad about it.

Oh, how I love these little girls. More than anything else in the whole world.
