Not all of them :(
But my mom, dad and sister, Rachael! (missed you Beddy Sue)
It was wonderful!
I wish they could have stayed forever.
While they were here, we headed up to New York. Here's some of the things we did:
We visited the Hill Cumorah.
This is in the visitors center.

And by the monument... if you look close you can see the tiny figurines... That's my family.

Brinkley and 'ba ba' Grandpa. I think they were quite taken with each other!
I don't have a good picture of it, but Brinkley fell on the monument and got a good sized bruise on her cheek. Poor kid.

Ah! Isn't this beautiful? It's the view of Palmyra from the top of Hill Cumorah. I don't think we could have visited at a more beautiful time of year. The leaves were so vibrant and colorful.

In the Sacred Grove. What a perfect day!

Mom and Dad...

Rachael...

Another cute one of Grandpa and Brinks. They kicked their legs on the bench. Got the wiggles and giggles out. She quickly after fell sound asleep in her stroller.

Grandma and Brinks on the leaf covered trail. How quaint.

On our way to see the Smith's Frame House, with a perfect view of the Palmyra temple. Ignore the wind-blown hair...

We also visited the Book of Mormon Publication site. As you can see, Brinkley is trying very hard to get out of her stroller. By this time, she was so ready to just run around. You know, like a kid.
I have to give her some credit, she hung in there for a long time.

The Whitmer home. Brinks lasted about 2 minutes inside... so I let her run around in the leaves outside!

Then we headed to Niagara Falls...

Look at the falls with Grandpa!

Can you tell how cold it is by the look on our faces? Or the way all of our shoulders are tensed up? Cause it was.
It was freezing.

But absolutely gorgeous!!

It was a whirlwind three days, but oh so much fun. And then my dad and sister left.
Sad.
Fortunately for me, my mom got to stay a bit longer. So we headed for the zoo...
(We decided Brinkley deserved a day of her very own after being dragged around for three days and spending like 12 hours in the car).
Oooo! Elephants... But where are the LIONS??
See that Lion in her mouth? She adores it!! I so need to get a replacement. That one is getting pretty grody.
In fact, we almost LOST the lion by the Elephants. That would have been awful!

Rhinos...

THERE'S THE LIONS! (Even though you can't see them in the picture... they are there)

And a 50 cent ride in the Jungle Car. Awesome!!

I really, really enjoyed having my family visit. I hope they had as much fun as I had. I LOVE THEM!! And can't wait to see them again at Christmas!
Thanks Mom, Dad and Ray!
